My role is in automation, as I have just joined the role I am unable to provide a day-to-day basis, as of right now I am doing training for my role
Yes I have, I have learnt a little bit about how to use Splunk and will be enrolled onto a JIRO training course

Very, I feel welcomed by UBS and everyone is very friendly
We have training with another company called QA every now and then which provide qualifications and further add to our portfolio
A very large amount, they help us with any aspect of our training and provide very helpful feedback
Also quite a bit of support, everyone here is friendly and happy to help.
