I am the Technical Services Supervisor for Cheshire East Contract. I am the direct line manager of a team of 16 skilled engineeers and liaise with clien to ensure smooth operation and delivery of services. I ensure we hit all our KPI's whilst working within our SLA's i also program in all internal PPM works for circa 200 buildings accross the estate.
I have developed my public speaking skills and have identified my style of management and tried to use this to my advantage. I have also learned new ITC skills during my time on this course.
I enjoy the program emensely but sometimes struggle with the demands placed on me regarding time management.
