Currently I am in a shift role and perform system maintenance on Live service systems. (Linux and AIX based)
Both professional and technical skills have been developed. (Communication, timekeeping, linux and aix skills as well as exposure to a plethora of different specialist technologies.
I find it very challenging, but it is a great start in the IT industry.
I am aware of my direct impact to the business and feel rewarded for my efforts.
I feel the job I perform is well managed, but with regards to the qualification, I receive minimal support and feel a little neglected.
Little-none other than specific events which seldom occur. I have never attended the college I am apparently a member at.
An ample amount, but work far too much to have time for the qualification.
Fantastically, due to the shift role, I earn what my parents do combined at the age of 20!
Yes, including training and activities.
Yes
Financial reasons, in addition to career progression.
Think outside the box and work hard!
