I work in Wealth Management and do admin based tasks at the moment for CAs. I regularly interact with people in my section sand work in a small team.
Developed a lot of computer based skills and general knowledge of my industry. Had a lot of training days to teach us extra skills for example we had an excel master class which taught us how to do some more complex stuff as well as short cut keys.
I enjoy it a lot, I like the team I work in and the culture here. I feel supported in the work side of things as well as the study side.
I feel appreciated and people are considerate of work load.
Well structured, a lot of support is in place. We are given regular study days and also revision sessions with the course provider. We were shown how to complete tasks gradually, we weren't just thrown in at the deep end which is good. We have meetings regularly to catch up with how things are going and also can talk to people in between if we need to.
Can contact them whenever you need to, have a mandatory catch up every few months but apart from that support is however much you need. They are very supportive when I have needed it and they have a good attitude towards helping.
A lot, regular meetings with manager to check on how things are going, also with other people in the business. Always willing to give extra support if needed.
Meets my costs well, have enough to put into savings too.
There are opportunities it depends if you want to access them.
Yes
Very good support system and treat you well.
Show your personality in the interviews, know the values of the company and relate things you've done to them.
