I enjoy my on the job training greatly but my college side of the apprenticeship isn't as organised as I would like it to be.
Extremely valued there is a lot of investment in apprentices at E-on.
On the job training is very organised. College side isn't organised.
We do not have a training provider at E.on. It's internal training. Fantastic in house training.
A lot of support from supervisors and managers and colleagues.
Meets my costs comfortably.
