It's great working with a good team of people and speaking with contractors every day. And doing different tasks each day is good as it keeps it fresh
I feel very valued by my managers and have a great involvement in my project. However this is not reflected in my pay.
There is definitely a good structure to my programme, no complaints.
More than enough. They are always available for support when required and provide extra support for certain areas if needed.
Plenty of support. Always available to give guidance when I am unsure of something which also helps me learn
For the work I do and the time I've been at Sisk my salary does not meet my costs. Especially considering others doing the same job role as me are on far more. I don't struggle on my money but I'd never have enough to move out
Plenty. There are always activities being planned for after work which is good and adds a nice social aspect to work
Yes
Good company with good values and plenty of good work
Be prepared. Do your research on the company and their recent projects. And also look at the locations of their projects in relation to where you live
