Currently working in the finance department (Reporting and Controlling) at Siemens Magnet Technology. My day to day basis I look after all the cost center and make sure they are in line with Forecast and budget. During month end, I built all the reports needed by the finance team.
Yes, as this is a very small team, I have noticed, I am more organized and take a lot more responsibility.
I think it is an amazing opportunity, I feel a lot more confident in myself and I feel I have developed a lot.
Siemens is a very good company. Diversity and equality is key. I feel very valued and get a lot appreciation by my colleagues.
It is very structured, two 6 months placement followed by two 12 months. The people involved are always happy to help.
I have about 2/3 training per year and it helps in the everyday activity. They offer great support in terms of developing skills.
I have a one to one meeting with my placement manager every week. Once a week everyone on the scheme have a meeting with our manager to discuss any issues.
It is not bad, bearing in mind the more exams passed, you get a little pay rise. when moving location, you are allowed to a relocation fees.
Yes, there are always some events happing around the country within the Siemens community.
Yes
