Finance and Commercial Academy student. We work on placements so my day to day tasks cahnge, currently i work in procurement in healthcare and i am involved with the buying and selling of numerous medical products.
I study towards CIMA outside of my day to day work.
I enjoy my job however i don't enjoy moving all around the country with very little financial support on a school leavers salary
I feel very valued in my current job role.
There is a lack of organisation and structure, due to our boss being off for multiple months due to family circumstances.
The training provider we use for CIMA isn't very good
There is a lot of support for my current day to day job.
My salary does not meet my costs as i have to live alone in a very expensive area.
There are extra cirrucular activities offered.
Yes
They are a good company to work for in terms of job satisfaction and security.
Relax on the assessment days, they aren't as difficult as you think they will be.
