  • I feel included within the group I work with and get treated as an equal

  • The program is clearly structured and everything is explained thoroughly.

  • As much as I ask for. The team I work with are extremely helpful

  • I have regular meetings and discussions with my employer about my progress and they help me if I am stuck

  • My salary is competitive agains other apprenticeships and has allowed me to buy and run a nice car and pay rent.

  • Yes. I am regularly going to careers fairs and training days off site with work

  • They have provided me with a great start in my career in engineering

  • Always ask for anything that will benefit you as they usually accomadate requests as they can increase your learning
