I work along side employees and get trained up for all the jobs I work on
At college I have learnt to draw with CAD and program machinery with CNC software
I enjoy learning something new every day and like the challenges I am given
I feel included within the group I work with and get treated as an equal
The program is clearly structured and everything is explained thoroughly.
As much as I ask for. The team I work with are extremely helpful
I have regular meetings and discussions with my employer about my progress and they help me if I am stuck
My salary is competitive agains other apprenticeships and has allowed me to buy and run a nice car and pay rent.
Yes. I am regularly going to careers fairs and training days off site with work

They have provided me with a great start in my career in engineering
Always ask for anything that will benefit you as they usually accomadate requests as they can increase your learning
