I am training to be a Technician at the Three Bridges depot. At the moment I am studying at Crawley College 5 days a week, my day involves attending lessons & completing assignments.
I have learnt many new things since I have started the programme, at college I am learning how to machine, how to use hand tools, mechanical principles, electrical principles, level 3 maths & more.
I really enjoy my programme.
I feel very valued & welcome at Siemens. I have support & help at hand.
My programme is very well organised & I am made aware of any courses I am due to go on, what’s happening in the future etc.
I receive support a lot as we have a monitoring review every 12 weeks, in this review I am asked lots of questions and it gives me a chance to ask any questions I have.
Same as above.
My salary meets my costs as I am able to live and save a little bit too.
Not that I have been aware of.
Yes
Siemens is a great company to work for & I feel proud working for the company. I am provided with great opportunities and look forward to a career in the company.
I would say go for it as you won’t regret it.
