i enjoy the apprenticeship a lot. the team i work with are friendly. the apprenticeship meets my expectations in terms of hands on work.
I feel like i am valued by STW and feel like if my opinions matter. have 1:2:1 meetings with manager eveyry 12-15 weeks. i am involved with tasks when completing jobs on site.
college induction was boring and way too long (6 weeks of health and safety). training on site is good and very hands on. i see assessor every 4 weeks for regular meetings.
assessor offers lots of support with NVQ work. if i need help then i know i can ask any of the team.
