As an Engineering Technician Apprentice my daily tasks are doing jobs concerning my current placement, and completing log books as well as college work.
Since starting the apprenticeship I have developed and learned many skills such as my own confidence through attending college and various placements, as well as progressing my current skills through various qualifications and projects.
I enjoy the program as you get to experience a great deal of different placements and experience a lot of different work, as well as learning and getting qualified
I feel that I am valued by BAE Systems
The program is well structured over the 4 years that it covers.
All required support is given if and when it is necessary through the college.

The salary covers everything that I need it to for travel and food, and I am still able to make savings.

BAE offers many opportunities to progress, and has various paths such as electrical or mechanical, so there is something for everyone.
Make sure to research the various different apprenticeships and pick the one that most interests you before applying.
