deputy store manager. inckudes General store roles. opening and closing the store. running the store when needed.
learned the legal side that goes on behind the general running of the store. developed myself to be a stronger DSM in my opinion.
I enjoy learning the correct way to do things. do not enjoy doing it on my days off.
I do feel valued. but wish some time could be given in store to complete work books.
my tutor, ***Georgia***, is organised and I feel she structures it well.
***Georgia*** is always on hand to help where needed. she responds to calls and messages promptly.
apart from the one to one with the trainer, very little by way of time.
I have no issues with the salary, just the time.
if I needed them, or looked for them, I'm sure they'd be there.
Yes
it can be hard work, but it is rewarding. a great pace and has the opportunity to progress.
if you don't mind hard work, and you know how to use your brain, then Aldi is for you.
