  • I am a project controller. My Role involves daily communications with people from all over the business along with keeping track of the current project I am working on. Responsibilities are mixed and vary depending on the monthly cycle and what I have on each week.

  • Yes, I have attended multiple training courses such as earned value management. Along with increasing my confidence and speaking to a wide range of people out of my comfort zone and increasing both my communication and stakeholder communication.

  • I really enjoy my apprenticeship. I have met a wide range of people who all see you very highly with being in such a large business at

  • I feel a valued member of BAE systems and that if I ever had a problem, I will be treated with upmost respect and as an individual.

  • Very well structured. We have a skills coach who is always there if we ever need support with anything towards the programme.

  • Put as much effort into your application, it is worth it. Be yourself at the assessment day.
