my overview role is a quantity surveyor and on a day-to-day basis i am dealing with project managers instructions and communications and dealing with payments to the sub-contractors.
i have developed the skills of communication and team work as you are constantly working as a team. i have learnt the new skill of being able to analyse a document and interpret my own opinion and discuss with others why i feel strong about my opinion.
i am enjoying my programme extremely
i feel extremely valued by costain they are always going above and beyond to help and make you happy
My apprenticeship is well structured, the team that i work with are always willing to help

i feel as if there isn't that's why i am happy i have landed an apprenticeship with costain what will hopefully progress onto a full time job
Yes
i would recommend costain to a friend because you can excel so much within the company. they are always willing to push you and allow you to get the most out of any programme. they support you through everything and you don't get that in every company.
truly find something you enjoy as it will make it even more of a better experience. to always be open minded when trying something new and enjoy the experience
