I was working in the learning and development departing. In my role I was booking training courses for employees, processing supplier invoices. Maintaining the inbox and responding to general queries. Overseeing the professional membership reward for eligible employees. CSCS test and supplying the materials for employees to get ready for the test.
Booking training courses internally and externally. verbal and non verbal communication. Navigating through MyLearning.
yes very and I am happy with the job I am in now.
I am appreciated from my manager and happy with that the recognise my hard work and appreciate they offered me a role in HR.
My provider was excellent we had monthly one to ones where we would sit and disuses how I am doing and where I am up to in my studying. My coursework that I was set was explained to me and I had direct contact with my assessor all the time.
I received loads of support.
My employees were very helpful they gave me time to complete my apprenticeship in a quiet room, I was always getting feedback from them on how to approve and they were setting me work that was related to my coursework and qualification.
I was happy with the salary I was getting at the time as it helped me to pay for my training and social life.
I haven't really looked as I am more than happy in my hr role.
