feel valued in some ways and will have a good career.
when they go for the interview, ensure to only apply for what you can do and develop from there, ask about development steps within the role you have applied for and to ensure you are willing to put in the long demanding hours in construction and ensure costain remains successful. with all this I have now gained a good career for a young age.
