My role is a commercial apprentice, i am currently working on the contracts team within F-35. every day i am doing a different job and working with different people
yes, i have learnt a lot of new skills, as well as improving skills which i already had,
i really enjoy the programme, it teaches me new skills whilst at the same time providing me with an income
i feel valued as every colleague treats you the same no matter what your position within the company
very well organised, our college days, training days, talks and other events are always pre-planned and readily available
the amount of support is unbelievable, i am never left to struggle with a task, help is always at hand
