Process operator - running machines throughout a shift and implementing TPM where possible.
I’ve learnt how to run several large scale machines - something I didn’t know how to do before.

Very
To begin with it was quite poor, we didn’t know who our training provider was until 2 months after the apprenticeship started.
Our tutor is always there via email or phone if we need her - however she isn’t very well trained in what we are learning so it isn’t very helpful.
Lots, time needed for college work is quite easy to arrange.
Great for an apprenticeship.
Don’t understand the question.
Yes
Great company, good benefits, good pay, lots of opportunities.
Be yourself, they don’t care much for qualifications as long as you look like you really want to work for them.
