I'm aerospace engineering degree apprentice, the apprenticeship involves 5 6 month placements that give me an experience in all areas of the engineering lifecycle.
I have completed several courses in the business but have also developed skills in areas such as communication and organisation
I really enjoy working at BAE Systems
I feel like I am treated as just a work colleague here, not just an apprentice
The programme is very structured and specific, it consists of 6 months of training, 6 5 month placements and the 2 years in a job we hope to stay in

There are a lot of social/sport clubs available outside of work
