Doing work in placements and completing NVQ/College work
Yes, we are learning for a qualification in aeronautical engineering. and we have developed good teamworking skills
I enjoy it most of the time, but its not as good when you have work pressures or you're on a placement you don't enjoy
BAE seems to like having apprentices and they are very supportive
