I enjoy the work that I am doing and feel part of the team. I have been given lots of opportunities and have learnt a lot over the past 3 years.
I feel I am a valued member of the team. I have been shown appreciation and recognition for the recent Dialux work which I have completed.
my apprenticeship programme has been reasonably well structured, however I feel that the NVQ I am currently doing could be improved upon.
I receive minimal support for my NVQ lv4 however I feel this is because I work in Manchester and the training provider is in Newcastle.
I receive plenty of support in work from my mentor who is always happy to give help and guidance when needed.
I currently live with parents so salary is ok, however if I were to live on my own I feel I would struggle.
lots of opportunities outside of work I have recently completed a 10km obstacle course with work colleagues.
