I really enjoy the programme, it gives me that opportunity to work with lots of different people across a number of different projects. Due to the placements lasting just 1 year, you get a vary varied view of the whole company and it also helps when trying to decide what department i would like to work in once i finish.
Yes i do, i am always recognised for the work i do, with either verbal thank yous and well done's and sometimes rewards such as the above and beyond award
I think the programme is very well structured, I am always kept in the loop for what is going on. And i am always kept informed of changes to my placement and anything related to my work.
The tutors are alwasy available over the phone or through emails, and actively make free time during college to have tutorial sessions with each of us to make sure we are doing ok.
My manage actively helps me with all my work. The managers of the trainee scheme are also always available to answer any question that we may have.
We get paid exceptionally way, way above the basic costs you would have to pay. The company also increase salaries by a very similar level to inflation each year
Yes, as a year group we have already been on a Outward Bound holiday for a week. I also had the chance to visit my old college/high school to promote the scheme. They also participate in the preston City game, which i will be taking part in this year.
