Nestle help allow time for studying and support any of my needs for training.
My SVQ assessor helps in creating time lines for completion. Ayrshire College are very well organised with apprentices.
My mentor helps on a daily basis although there is no HR in the factory, we coincide with another.

Application processes can take time but are worth the wait, assessment days are well organised and make sure to keep in the loop.
