The company culture is good, with plenty of socials to integrate new people. The work is challenging at first, whilst you get used to accounting. But after training it becomes easier.
Promotions have shown me that i'm valued, with a bonus.
The induction process helped me integrate with my colleagues. The college process is structured well to help me towards my accounting qualification.

There is a dedicated system within deloitte. It starts with a mentor who is the first contact for any informal questions. They feed back any informal feedback that has been passed to them. You also have an appraiser that assesses performance yearly and grades you. This is supported by feedback form the people you work with, both upwards and downwards.
