I am a HR co ordinator so I organise and put people on courses for the sales, marketing and finance academy
Yes i have learnt to adapt my communication style for who i am speaking to
I very much enjoy my programme, i dont feel like im missing out on uni at all!
I do feel valued as I am given a real role with responsibility
It is well organised however with the academy being based in York it feels we get less support in Gatwick
Alot of support, our lecturers are very contactable whenever we need them for emails or phone calls
The support from the academy is limited as I am based in Gatwick whereas the academy is based in York
it meets my costs well as i live at home so can live off my salary comfortably with the ability to save however if i did have to pay rent i would struggle
Yes there are lots of opportunities to get involved with charity activities outside of work
Yes
It is a great company to work for as they look after their employees
Be yourself as there is no specific Nestle person!
