  • Huge amount of new skills, from confidence in dealing with stakeholders, producing plans, note taking, presentation skills, working in a safe manor, and so on.

  • very much so, I enjoy working with the wide variety of people in the various teams I've been involved with

  • Due to the mix of a lot of support in your education and becoming a better worker as well as the career prospects, including salary and progression.

  • To act as confidently and well spoken as possible. Always smile and be a positive person
