I am an apprentice and currently my day to day activities include learning the basic principles of Fitting, Electrical and CAD.
I have learnt many skills which will help me progress in my career.
I enjoy my programme a lot.
I feel valued and appreciated from managers and instructors.
My programme is well organised with defined deadlines for tasks.
I receive lots of support with assignments and assessments.
I receive lots of support from my employer as they sort any concerns I have.
My salary just covers my costs with a little bit to spare, although I will be more comfortable next year after my first pay rise.
There are volunteering activities but we do not yet have access to apply for them. We also went on outward bound.
Yes
It leads to a good future and isn't too stressful, along with the tasks being fun and you learn a lot. You also get to work on jets.
