General site operations on sewerage sites such as testing the water quality to make sure it is to the required standard

I have learnt to work more in a team environment and adapt to new problems that may occur whilst working on site

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme very much I am working hard to pass the course so I can be a full time operator for Severn Trent

4. How valued do you feel by Severn Trent?

I feel very valued at Severn Trent the are very welcoming and help you with anything you need

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme can be slightly better structured such as college weeks being in block periods so more time can be spent on site for a longer period of time instead of one week on site and one week at college

I feel that the college I attend can be improved however I know who to contact if I do require support

I have great support from my manager and colleagues if I want anything I just need to ask and they are happy to help

Salary is very competitive and is a decent wage for any young person

I have joined a local gym through the work scheme that is available at a decent price

Within Severn Trent you can train at a certain role but you are not tied down to this for life. You can explore different roles of the company and decide what you want to be and what you want to achieve. I think Severn Trent is a great company
