- 5 year scheme with annual placement rotations around the business whilst studying towards becoming a chartered management accountant
- Training outsourced to BPP Professional Education - Good level of support and tutor engagement, could be improved with more face to face lessons instead of online
- High level of support from placement managers, scheme managers as well as mentors and buddy's
- My is suitable to meet my costs
- There are stretch assignments to allow me to boost certain competencies which are not achieved in my day to day role, examples include working with local schools to boost awareness of apprenticeship schemes
