Learn new skills every day, learning different parts of the aircraft and how things work
I enjoy the programme very much, been hands on is something i enjoy and the job is mostly hands on
Hanger is managed by a different company, so we dont have much interaction with BAE on a day to day
NVQ side is pretty straight forwards, needs more consistency between assessors, whats acceptable for one might not be for the other.
Overall support is fairly good, sometimes difficult to get in contact with a trainer, as there are no assessors on site, we rely on email, but this is sometimes missed/ignored.
Supports there when needed
