Day to day I will sit at a desk using multiple computer software's/programmes to complete tasks given to me by my team that usually involves some sort of electrical designing task.
I have learnt many new skills such as communication skills, team working, problem solving and others.
I enjoy the programme as its very effective at building skills and giving people a good opportunity in life.
as an apprentice we are given more responsibility than expected, so I think this shows the company values and trusts all workers.
I think the apprenticeship itself is well structured.
I think the college we go to is poor I think the tutors can be intimidating which can stop from asking help, and also think the teaching methods are poor.
I think the support the company gives is great help is offered at every given time in the apprenticeship and there are multiple people all the time we can go to for help.
for my age the wage we get is enough.
There are out of work activity's offered.
