The work it self is very challenging which I enjoy, the team I am working with are great, they have taught me well. The company culture is fitting to me. I really did enjoy this.
I have been getting apprises from my manager, I have been promoted which makes me feel valued.
The training yes but the overall structure of the apprenticeship needs reviewing.
