  • I am involved with preparations for various different manufacturing activities, ensuring that all measures, enablers and precautions are in place before work commences.

  • Highly enjoy it, although there are many very stressful deadlines and instances of hightened work load.

  • I feel like I am valued to a good degree.

  • My cohort has been the first group going through a new scheme structure, so there have been many instances where there has been a lack of defined structure.

  • I feel like there is a good amount of support provided by the training provider.

  • Research about the company before going into it, if you know anyone who works in the business then talk to them first about their experiences.
