I am involved with preparations for various different manufacturing activities, ensuring that all measures, enablers and precautions are in place before work commences.
Learned all of the skills that I use on a day to day basis through this apprenticeship.
Highly enjoy it, although there are many very stressful deadlines and instances of hightened work load.
I feel like I am valued to a good degree.
My cohort has been the first group going through a new scheme structure, so there have been many instances where there has been a lack of defined structure.
I feel like there is a good amount of support provided by the training provider.
I have recieved much support from the employer.
Very well. No complaints.
Not many opportunities outside of work as a small town.
Yes
Stable job prospects, good training and good salary.
Research about the company before going into it, if you know anyone who works in the business then talk to them first about their experiences.
