I currently work within the Central Government Operations team, dealing with weekly and daily reports. My main responsibility is to ensure that the CG BU meets its weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
Yes I have learnt many new skills, including reporting, computer and personal skills. I've also been on courses to develop my inter-personal skills and a Mental Health First Aid Course
Overall I enjoy the programme. I've made some really good friends on the programme and I've gained some valuable work experience which will look great on my CV.
I feel like the company values me as an employee. You receive internal recognition from the annual review and external recognition from awards.
The programme is relatively well organised, with a good support system, induction and training.
We receive good support from the university, from the module leaders, lecturers and also from our Dissertation tutor. There is a good general attitude towards supporting the students.
We receive relatively good support from our employers, including career mentors, buddies and a Student team.
The salary and benefits is good, including paying for travel to other offices and some social events. The amount of annual leave us really good.
There are some opportunities outside of work, including the sports and social club.

It's a good opportunity to study for a degree whilst gaining valuable work experience which will prove very useful for my future career.
