Study a HNC in college and complete a PEO within the workshop.
Developed basic engineering skills within the workshop, fitting, sheet metal work and electrical maintenance skills.
Programme is enjoyable but not too tasking and will be more enjoyable when working on a more long term project.
I feel valued by Siemens as we are given a fair pay with lots of opportunities.
The Siemens programme over the three years is well structured however the college programme seems less well structured.
Siemens always are ready to hear any issues that we may have and provide support where we need it.
Employer and training provider provide adequate support.
Salary is high enough to meet the costs of commuting.
