My day to day role consists of coding in java and writing Junit tests will working in a team with others to complete a project.
I have learn to use various technologies such as; Angulaar, HTML, CSS, JS, java, Spring, as well as frameworks such as Junit and Mockito.
for the most part the experience is enjoyable, however a lack of rotation resulting in a lack of experiencing new things can be disappointing at times.
At first i felt that as an apprentice i was being used to do mundane tasks, however after chatting to some higher ups i feel that CGI does actually care what we think as apprentices
to summarise i would say poorly, however this is not the fault of CGI rather its the education side of the apprenticeship causing problems.
An inadequate amount.
a fairly reasonable amount
For the most part its doable however feel its not quite competitive.

Yes
So they can learn, gain experience in a friendly environment and get paid.
