Working on a variety of different software depending on what project I am on, currently working on a Java project.
Built on knowledge aquired during college and also learned a few new skills and learned the basics of new languages.
Somewhat okay, was told about a set role rotation so that myself and the other apprentices could learn each side of development but have still to see any evidence of this.
Somewhat valued
Started off structured with a boot camp however boot camp wasnt anywhere near ready and have been on project work ever since
Partial support, communication can be scarse.
Project leads are helpful as much as they can be when they are not occupied.
Okay, however I have seen many other apprenticeships pay more for what stage we are at.
There are a few other places to work that have a more competitive salary
Yes
Good starting point for a career in IT
Hopefully a bootcamp equivelent will be working by the time new starts come along so utilise that
