  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed the programme as it provides opportunities for growth and understanding your presence in a team and the effect your role can have. I had to intertwine my work and apprenticeship and find a balance, which assisted in developing better time management also CGI is an open environment to learn and experience through others because of the open and helpful culture.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Induction was very well done, over the span of a week we were settled in and introduced formally to our managers and tutors for the following 18-24 months. The support system in place when completing assignments is good as you meet your tutor every 6-8 weeks and discuss how you are doing in your roles as well as studying and if support or deadline extensions are required. QA were quite flexible which was helpful.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Nathan Medhurst was very approachable and support was provided at all times which takes the pressure off you a little bit and allows time to concentrate on completing assignments. The support for example other students received such as 1-2 weeks of their job roles so that they were able to get the best quality of work submitted without causing an overload of work.
