Provided professional and efficient ICT services to a Client of CGI.
Since the Apprenticeship, My Skills have improved dramatically form IT to customer Service skills.
Apart from the exams which were tough as expected, the programme was okay.
To some extent I feel valued by CGI through my course they seem to be involved but as soon as my exam have passed there been no involvement since.
Initially the start of the apprenticeship was not very good, we had training courses and exam courses moving all around the calendars day. But when apart of the coursed they were very organised and structured But toward the end it was a much structured and organised
QA and Acorn were fantastic support in helping me progress through my apprenticeship course with the materials given
To be honest, the training provider provided all the support needed. CGI was always there when needed to
Compared to other Apprenticeship salaries, the salaries at CGI is quite good, but the issue is that we are doing exactly the same if not more that people on the service desk, but normal service desk analyst are on more
Haven't really looked, but the qualification gained should give us a good opportunity to find some.
Yes
I would because it very good qualification you get for the apprenticeship. I would also lean to 'No' as after the course is finished there no communication if helping us progress through the business.
If they looking to broaden they IT skills then CGI is a good place to start.
