Yes I have learned to be more confident when it came to interacting with customers and complaints.
Yes although the hours of work did effect my well being
More when I finished the programme
I did have two different theory providers which did make it slightly confusing
I knew if I were struggling they would help me out
My store manager gave me a lot of support.
I didn’t feel the salary was worth the work I did, I felt disappointed when I got a a wage slip at the end of the month.
Some weeks you would only do your contracted ours so their we plenty of opportunities.

All the hard work is definitely worth it in the end.
