The role of the apprenticeship is to provide experience of working in different areas of the company whislt deeloping skills.
I have learnt lots of new skills that will help me in my career
The programme is very enjoyable and provides excellent experience throughout the company
As an apprentice I feel very valued and realise a lot of money is invested into apprentices to become the future workforce.
The programme is very well structured
Throughout the programme we are provided with a lot of support to assist us in our learning
BAE has a lot of schemes that are able t assist employees in their everyday lives as well as at work
The salary package meets the cost of living very well. I am able to pay all bills with ease and am able to get to work easily.
The scheme offere many outside of work activities such as enrichment activities both outside and inside of work. The recreational centre on both sites provide good sports opportunites.

The apprenticeship is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for a role int the engineering sector. Working for BAE has opened many doors of opprotnity and has allowed me to get my foot in the door to gain a promising career.
