I attended a taster session which lasted 3 days. In this taster session there was a case study in which I played the role of a tax consultant that had to interview a client and develop a solution to present back to them.
I improved my interview technique and learned how to interact with clients.
I thoroughly enjoyed the programme as the EY staff and my peers were very friendly and there was a strong sense of teamwork in which bonds were built.
During the case study everybody on the team played an important role in developing a presentation and interviewing the client. The EY staff strongly encouraged everyone to participate and put forward their ideas.
I felt the programme was very well organised and there was a lot of information to take in at all times.

Yes
EY has interesting plans to develop into an even larger company, which presents opportunities for their employees.
It is important to prepare for interviews, and have a very good technique (follow STAR) with many examples to refer to. I also think it is important to practice for the psychometric testing.
