mechanical fitter apprenticeship. building and testing of subsea connectors
attained multiple qualifications, on the job training
overallthe experiance is good, although as of joining the company itself has gone through rough patches and transitions, which have at times hindered ability to have practical experiance
you are often reviewed and asked what you would like to do next ect, just the whole factory is at lows at the minute so can often feel negative about work/workplace
apart from not starting our nvq yet, everything else has been okay
reviews highlight any points of needing assistance
i recieve adequate support from my line managers and l&d department
could be better but as an apprentice it is expected i guess
we have a volunteer programme which enables you too take two days off a year for volunteering.

as there still seems to be confusion over the future, i wouldnt recommened it over job security.
