  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
  • Although the application process may seem to take a while, it is worth it. There are a few stages which enable the best to be offered placements but it pays off after you are offered the job. The assessment centre as part of the applciation can seem scary but the key message I took was to be yourself and enjoy it as this will shine through.
