We are at college five days a week earning our HNC. This is a great experience, as it will help us when we are in the workplace next year.
I have learnt many new skills such as programming, and am developing my skills in networking and security.
I enjoy my programme very much; it gives me the opportunity to gain my HNC and HND, and get work experience and a job at the end.
Apprentices are valued highly by BAE Systems, as we learn about them and get the chance to grow our knowledge in their company.
My programme is well organised and structured as BAE Systems have put the time and effort into making the apprenticeship great.
We receive a lot of support from our training provider, and they make sure that we have everything we need to work.
I receive a lot of support from our employer, and they make sure that we are comfortable and happy with them.
My salary/package meets all of my costs.
We are invited to participate in many outside of work activities.
Yes
It's a great opportunity and the company is great to work for.
I would say as long as you work hard, you will succeed.
