I work under Project Manager. My role is to support day to day activities and to contribute towards project goals.
It is part of Level 4 Higher Diploma in Project Management. I attended lots of relevant and informative courses within the organisation. I learned many new things, governance and other project management aspects.
To maximum extent. It went beyond my expectations. Great team with drive for results. Company culture and reputation is great too. So far I am extremely happy and programme goes beyond my expectations. I really enjoy going to work and learning centre.
My managers include me in team work and invite to meetings. I receive credits for work completed too. I was introduced to wider team and recognised for my work. I take active part in project team tasks and I am responsible for agreed delivery of work.
Programme is supportive, knowledge sharing is facilitated. See above.
I am in constant touch with training provider. My concerns are answered. Overall, happy with it.
I receive all support I need so far. I am free to talk about my problems and always we find the solution. My PM are available whenever I need to discuss something. They are very supportive.
It is the best paid apprenticeship I found. It is enough to cover living costs and to be able to live on decent level while studying.
I tool voluntary activities several times already. I attended company events and I am included in any social events happening within the company.
Yes
I would recommend it because it is company with great work ethics and salary is the best out of majority other apprenticeship schemes available elsewhere.
I would recommend to be bias free, prepared to contribute and to make the most of the time - learn the most you can while you here. All learned skills are to be transferable.
