Member of a team of software engineers, tasks vary depending on the development stage but generally involve a mixture of independent work and communicating with other team members to complete routine tasks.
I have developed my skills within software engineering and learnt how to complete work in line with company/project standards. Extra skills being built by degree course.
Varies depending on work but I enjoy the work and the office atmosphere
Internal and external recognition for individuals, valued individuals requested to remain on projects.
Comprehensive induction, multiple training programs (technical, conduct related etc) support available.
Can be difficult to get guidance outside of college, but changes are currently being implemented to change this.

Good opportunity to gain first hand experience of all parts of software engineering across multiple products whilst working towards a qualification.
