The company's marketing assistant. I help create and post the content on our social media channels, as well as analyse and look to promote / sell our product and services to potential customers online. Furthermore, I help with customer service, I help answer calls from existing and potential customers who ring regarding enquiries and issues. On the customer service front, I stay attentive to our live chat function that's within the app, where customers can communicate with us and gain fast responses when putting forth whatever questions they may have.
Learnt how to use a variety of software tools, such as Hootsuite, Slack, URL shortener, Trello, Intercom, Google Drive all help with my dad to day customer interaction, content publishing, and communication with colleague's. I've developed a great understanding of outlining the benefits of what our product offers when producing content, and focusing on selling what we can for the customer, in terms of how we can fulfil what they're currently not getting from their provider.
Massively, I am kept busy, the workplace is very smart, all my colleague's are encouraging and very easy to get on with, there is a relaxed atmosphere in terms of how you condone yourself, how colleague's interact etc. Then I am enjoying going into the academy once a fortnite, it gives me the chance to learn new things from different perspectives that I can go and apply in my work, it's good to be given the chance to go elsewhere once a fortnite, all the people there are great as well.
They reiterate how great an opportunity this is. They give up their time to tutor us and look after our well-being, as well as provide good feedback to us, so I would say they make me feel as valued as I'd be happy with, it's not an issue I'm personally too insistent of, they are very respectable and keep good tabs on us, so it's all very satisfactory for me.
Got a good structure, I enjoy going Juice once a fortnight, we have been made aware of on multiple occasions of how the 18 months is structured. Doing 9 / 10 days a fortnite gives me good opportunity to learn without being overwhelmed. In terms of times for work, going to Juice etc. it's all very set in stone, well structured, and easy to follow.
They email us every couple of days with new opportunity's, which I would say is great support, it's our tutors taking their time out to get in touch with us all offering great potential opportunities. They make it clear whenever we're at HQ that we can talk to them whenever we need to, and the lessons / lectures we have are always engaging, educational and enjoyable.
Good support, I can ask any questions I need to, lots of times I will ask them when I need help supporting a customer or creating content, but they are always very patient and responsive.
I am fine with the salary I receive. I don't currently have extensive expenses such as a car, a house, to care for anyone, only my personal activities and other minor stuff, so financially it is not a problem.
We are always provided with opportunities for events, unpaid work which offers good rep and experience. Juice always ensure there are chances on the table to go and do more away from our day to day work.
Yes
I would say the opportunity to get a position within the academy is very much stemmed by the personality of the person rather than other factors.
Just express yourself, show creativity and personality, be confident in what you can do rather than focus on what you can't. If you get the opportunity, seize it.
