move around 4 month placements. Hit or a miss whether there is work for apprentices or not. Some placements have work that is interesting and will help you improve by giving you work in schematics, models, even spread sheets and stuff.

Some managers encourage apprentices which is good, get time to keep up with college work and logs. Some managers less so but mostly good.
